The boat was clean and everything worked properly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to set sail as soon as we arrived and had no issues at all during our sailing trip. I would love to do it again.

We had a wonderful day out on ‘Wild Bunch’ which we had chartered as a surprise for my brother’s 30th birthday. Our skipper, Julius, was great and took us to some lovely beauty spots as well as organising a stop at a beach bar. We were a party of 6 but the catamaran could easily fit 12. Had everything we needed and was very new and well maintained. Would highly recommend!

Beneteau of 2019 rented for 2 weeks, boat was in reasonable shape, except no inverter and only 2 usb chargepoints so I could not charge my laptop. briefing quick. Several things did not work though, windmeter, rubberboat was too light , paddles not in good shape so blade falling off sometimes, outboard stopped working after 1 week, electricity charging plug hanging loose and unusable

Everything went perfectly fine! Albert speaks english and Italian perfectly well and we could reach him anytime, before and during our trip! As it was my first trip on a rental boat I was a bit nervous, how things will go, but thanks to Alberts short but efficient briefing, I knew what to do in any situation, weather in the afternoon was perfect, so that we enjoyed a fantastic day on a nice boat

El trato del staff de puerto, tanto a la salida como para atracar, fue excelente. Muy amable y explicando en detalle todo lo necesario. El barco en perfectas condiciones y muy limpio. Únicamente, tuvimos un par de problemas al arriar la mayor, y con el enrollador, que pudimos solventar pero requiere de revisión y correcto mantenimiento. Para repetir.

El barco estaba bien, pero le faltava detalles por lo caro que era. la lampara, el bichero se rompio, la dingui no se podia inchar mas. se termino el gas, faltaba mechero, son pequeños detalles pero que creo no deberian pasar en este nivel. tampoco habia el derrotero de la zona, !!! aunque hubiese una buena carta nautica digital. Mejorable.

HORRIBLE!!!! Avons loué en famille un bateau type flyer 6.6 pour une journée. Lors de la restitution du bateau au loueur, celui-ce nous indique que le guindeau ne fonctionne plus. (Batteries vides). Il nous dit que ce n’est pas grave qu’il n’y a aucun problème. 15 jours après sans même été avoir averti, la quasi intégralité de la caution soit 1200€ a été débitée!!!!! DES ESCROCS!!! ATTENTION

We were expected at 10 am to collect the boat. We arrived at 9,45 but our contact was not at the office. He was busy with another customer. When he finally arrived three other renters were also waiting. When we were at the boat and everything was explained it was around 11.am. So we lost an hour. The bout trip was great, the weather better than forecasted and the 6.6 sundeck 200PS was a pleasure to sail with. Radio and shower on board. All customers have to pay € 60 for cleaning but the boat was not cleaned for us unfortunately. When we got back we went to the petrol station to fill the gas tank. Then we went to our place in the harbour. Our contact checked the boat and said that it was not properly filled. The petrol flew over my hands... When there was more than € 10 to be filled it would cost me €120. As I want to save a couple of euro's at an expensive day like that. So I went back with the contact to the petrol station. A whole 2,5 ltrs at a 100ltrs tank failed. He filled the gas tank tube till the last drop. If that was what he expected met to do he should have explained it at the beginning. So far so good…we separated correctly but is was, together with te hour we lost at the beginning, not a nice feeling at the end. I gave my contact the advice to work with more people so that customers do not have to wait one hour.

Malgré la gentillesse de notre interlocuteur Oriol de BARCELONA CHARTER, je trouve que la location n'a pas été conforme à l'annonce et l'état du bateau BENETEAU FLYER 6.6 SPACE DECK non plus : 1 : Puissance de 150 CV et pas 175 CV comme indiquée sur l'annonce. Pour 7 personnes en force 4, c'est vraiment juste ! 2 : Le guindau éléctrique était HS rendant très compliqué le mouillage en crique par mer agitée ! Il fallait descendre et remonter l'ancre à la main ! 3 : Sondeur HS donc pas d'indication de profondeur. Nous avons failli toucher des rochers affleurants dans une zone non répertoriée ni balisée !!! 4 : Siège avant passager impossible à bloquer. Il tourne en navigation. Pas top et inconfortable en mer agitée. 5 : Balance sono bluetooth qui ne fonctionne pas ! 6 : Indicateur de jauge carburant et consommation érronnée En conclusion, je trouve que le prix demandé pour cette location n'est pas justifiée et je demande à SAMBOAT de nous faire le remboursement d'une grande partie du montant payé car nous sommes rentrés avec 2 heures d'avance sur l'horaire prévu à cause de tous ces désagréments. Location du 18.08.2018 à L'Estartit
