Quand nous avons pris en compte le bateau le réservoir n'était pas plein , la jauge d'essence indiquait une barre de consommé. A notre retour il a voulu s'arranger a l'amiable , a calculé 4h de navigation et nous a demandé 70€ . Je lui ai rétorqué qu'il y avait seulement 2 barres en moins et que son prix était excessif. Il m'a demandé alors 50€. Pas honnête , inadmissible, pas du tout correct .

Conformément à l'article3 du contrat de location, au retour, le plein n'avait pas été re-réalisé par Emmanuel, j'ai donc été dans l'obligation de facturer le manque de carburant ce qui m'a paru honnête. Je ne comprends donc pas ce qui à pu le gêner, tous les locataires sont à la même enseigne et cela n'a jamais posé de problème.
