děkujeme za Vaši recenzi. Při vší úctě nám nebyla poskytnuta kauce ve výši 200 €, když jste jeli lodí. V inzerátu na loď není napsáno, že nabízíme mapu, a Google Maps je to, co doporučujeme lidem, kteří si pronajmou naši loď, protože to je vše, co potřebujete, a každý k ní má přístup, zatímco mapy jsou nepohodlné. Mapy jsme poskytovali již dříve, ale vzhledem k velkému množství lidí, kteří je během pronájmu ztratili, je již nenabízíme. V inzerátu lodi je také uvedeno, že palivo není zahrnuto v ceně! Odešli s lodí na 100% paliva a vrátili ji s 88%, takže jsme museli účtovat rozdíl ve výši 120 kn. Tato částka nám nebyla vyplacena v plné ceně a zbývající částku, kterou bylo nutné zaplatit, jsme ignorovali.

Thank you for your review. With all due respect, security deposit of 200€ was not provided to us when you took the boat. In the boat advert it does not say that we offer a map, and Google Maps is what we recommend to people that rent our boat beacuse it is all what you need and everyone has acces to it while maps are incovenient. We provided maps before but beacuse of the large amount people lost them during a rental we do not offer them anymore. Also, in the boat advert it says fuel is not included in the price! They left with the boat at 100% fuel and returned it with 88% and therefore we had to charge the difference that equals to 120 kn. That amount was not paid in full price to us and we ignored the remaining amount that had to be paid.
