Ten den mě kontaktoval kapitán. Řekl mi, že to na vodě bylo velmi trhané a že to nebude příjemné a ve skutečnosti nebezpečné. Řekl jsem, že pokud to nebude vhodné a nebezpečné, tak ven nepůjdeme. Zeptal jsem se, zda dostanu plnou náhradu a bylo mi řečeno, že ano. Snažím se s tím spojit a od té doby mi nikdo neodpověděl. Jsem velmi zklamán službou.
I was contacted by the captain on the day. He told me it was very choppy on the water and that it wasn't going to be enjoyable and in fact dangerous. I said if it isn't suitable and dangerous then we would not go out. I asked if I would get a full refund and I was told yes. I have been trying to get in touch re this and nobody has responded to me since. I am very disappointed at the service.
