Pronajali jsme si Imagine na tento den a jachta byla nádherná. Bezvadně čisté, skvěle vonělo, nevynechaly žádné detaily a celkově prostě nádherné! Doporučil bych tuto službu využít a až se vrátím, rozhodně budu znovu. Pozornost věnovaná detailům, která vám poskytne ten nejlepší zážitek, je skutečně něco vzácného, pokud jde o zákaznický servis.
Když jsem si myslel, že už to nemůže být lepší, stalo se. Byl jsem představen Stephanovi který pomohl posunout mé zkušenosti na jinou úroveň. Měl krásné květinové aranžmá pro mou přítelkyni, úžasnou snídani a pomohl zařídit soukromého kuchaře na palubě večer na ÚŽASNOU večeři a zážitek, na který nikdy nezapomeneme.
Zřídka píšu recenze, ale pro tuto zkušenost jsem prostě musel. Děkujeme, že jste z tohoto dne udělali zážitek, na který nikdy nezapomeneme.

We chartered Imagine for the day and the Yacht was gorgeous. Impeccably clean, smelled great, no details were missed and overall just gorgeous! I would recommend using this service and when I’m back, I absolutely will again. The attention to detail giving you the best experience ever is truly something rare when it comes to customer service.
Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, it did. I was introduced to Stephane who helped take my experience to another level. He had a beautiful floral arrangement for my girlfriend, amazing breakfast and helped arrange a private chef onboard in the evening for an AMAZING dinner and experience we will never forget.
