Komunikace od samého počátku naprosto skvělá. Celý den nám byl k dispozici kapitán, ukázal nám moc hezká místa. Na oběd nás vyložil a čekal až napíšeme, hned pro nás přijel.Měli jsme sebou pejska, také nic nebyl problém. Vše proběhlo naprosto v pořádku, můžeme jen doporučit.

Everything was perfectly prepared. The briefing on arrival was pleasant, and they took the time to answer every question.
Haven’t planned a route yet? No problem! They’ll give you as much information as you need. Whether you want to explore the lagoon or head out into the open sea, they know the area extremely well.
Unfortunately, we had to end our trip earlier than planned because my youngest son became seasick in the open sea. Since we returned directly to the marina due to the situation, we didn’t have the chance to refuel the boat. Emil was very understanding, and despite the circumstances, he refunded our security deposit in full.
They are genuinely kind-hearted people with their hearts in the right place. ️

Mónica gestionó la entrega con suma facilidad y amabilidad. Pudimos aparcar el coche a unos 100 metros en un aparcamiento del puerto, donde también hay baños. El barco estaba limpio, bien mantenido y funcionaba a la perfección.
Aunque se puede conducir sin licencia, creo que vale la pena familiarizarse con las condiciones y normas locales de la laguna de Venecia para evitar perderse.
¡Nos encantaría volver en nuestra próxima visita!
Die Übergabe erfolgte durch Monica äußerst unkompliziert und extrem freundlich. Unser Auto konnten wir ca 100m entfernt auf einem Parkplatz des Hafens abstellen, hier sind auch Toiletten vorhanden. Das Boot war sauber, gepflegt und hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Auch wenn man das Boot ohne Führerschein fahren darf, sollte man sich meiner Meinung nach trotzdem mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten und Regeln in der Lagune von Venedig beschäftigen um nicht auf falsche Wege zu kommen.
Bei unserem nächsten Besuch gerne wieder!

It was a brilliant experience overall. The reservation went guite fast and Emil was very kind and responsive. The boat handover went fast. It‘s worth to mention that the fuel tank is not too big and that it‘s needed to refill the boat in Chioggia. The Sonar was not working. It was not needed but is quite helpful especially in the lagune of venice. But beside this everything was perfectly fine.

La barca era come da annuncio, nessuna spiacevole sospresa.

I haven't met Emil personally, but his wife was perfectly organising everything. The boat is nice, steers and drives very easy, has all essentials required.
