RATE INCLUSIONS: We agree to provide the following during the charter. ⮚ Boat Fuel ⮚ Professional Captain and Crew ⮚ Safety Equipment ⮚ Refreshments (soft drinks, water and ice) ⮚ Sound System on board ⮚ Fishing Equipment (fishing trips)- for speed boats only. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: ⮚ In accordance with UAE regulations, the obligations and duties of our crew exclusively encompass the safe operation and maintenance of the vessel as well as the safety of its passengers. Our Crew has no other obligation or duties to the Client or guests. ⮚ The Charter Company shall be the sole determiner regarding suitability and attachment of decorations. ⮚ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all our yachts. ⮚ Client and guest will be subject to both Charter Company and Marina Security and safety requirements. Passengers must carry an original identification card [passport, driving license, ID card] during the trip. ⮚ The client hereby assumes responsibility for damages to the yacht caused by himself, contracted service providers, or guests. Reparations for damages shall include the costs or repair and restoration, transportation of this yacht and any loss of income caused thereby. ⮚ Yacht charter fee includes selected yacht Captain and at least 1 Crew Member, fuel, water, ice, soft drinks, towels, and fishing equipment (applicable for fishing charter). ⮚ On board BBQ griller upon request [additional charge: AED 200]. The guests are to provide marinated meat which the crew member/s will be obliged to cook and serve within the charter time. ⮚ No liability is accepted for any personal injury during recreational activity including cruising, swimming, fishing, parasailing or any other water sport. ⮚ All passengers must wear life jackets whilst cruising ONLY. ⮚ Please note that all yacht prices provided above are subject to change at any time, especially during holidays or special occasions. We recommend confirming the current pricing with us before making any bookings or commitments. ⮚ Where weather does not allow travel upon the waters, the cruise may be held at dockside or at the lagoon. Where mechanical issues do not allow travel upon the waters, the cruise maybe held at the dockside or at the lagoon. Should mechanically issues force cancellation of the cruise, refunds or rescheduling the Charter shall be sole remedy for Client. ⮚ In the case of a reschedule, deposit refund remains subject to this agreement and will be subject to availability. Shoes not allowed on board.
