Nájemníci jsou velmi spokojeni se službami a vybavením. Vyzdvihují srdečné přivítání a profesionalitu týmu. Většina zkušeností je pozitivních, s dobře udržovanými loděmi ideálními pro výlety s přáteli nebo rodinou. Byla však hlášena jedna negativní zkušenost týkající se nepotvrzené rezervace.

J'ai réservé un bateau par votre intermédiaire pour le samedi 4 juillet 2026 de 13 à 17h.
j'ai payé 375 € pour cette location , je me suis présenté le jour J à l'heure pour effectuer les formalités. Mais le loueur n'avait reçu aucune information de votre part. il n'était pas au courant de cette location. Notre promenade en bateau ( À l'occasion d'un Évènement important programmé de longue date avec une descente en train depuis Paris pour le week-end) ne s'est pas faite.
Malgré tous ses efforts, le loueur n'a pas réussi à trouver une alternative pour que nous puissions faire cette balade ce jour-là.
Je vous remercie par avance pour une réponse rapide de votre part.

Everything went well, the boat was well maintained and perfect/ideal for 7 people (including 1 toddler).
Low fuel consumption, easy to maneuver, top-notch!
