The pre-departure explanations were a bit sketchy and left us feeling helpless at the first incident at sea. It seems the boat didn't have all the required equipment.

Communication before the charter was quick and professional. On site, Thomas and an employee took care of the final details, such as the deposit. We received a good presentation of the boat. The boat perfectly matched the description. We were offered a nice itinerary, and we had a wonderful day at sea. We returned the boat about half an hour early because we wanted to have some time to refuel. In the store, we met other friendly employees who came to us of their own accord to refund the deposit. If we charter again in the area, we will definitely stay with Thomas. Thank you for this wonderful vacation experience!!!
La communication avant la location a été rapide et professionnelle. Sur place, Thomas et un employé ont réglé les derniers détails, comme la caution. Nous avons bénéficié d'une bonne présentation du bateau. Le bateau correspondait parfaitement à la description. On nous a proposé un itinéraire sympa et nous avons passé une merveilleuse journée en mer. Nous avons rendu le bateau environ une demi-heure plus tôt, car nous voulions avoir un peu de marge pour faire le plein. Dans le magasin, nous avons rencontré d'autres employés sympathiques qui sont venus vers nous de leur propre initiative pour nous rembourser la caution. Si nous louons à nouveau dans la région, nous passerons sans hésiter chez Thomas. Merci pour cette belle expérience de vacances !!!
