Nachdem der Ausflug wetterbedingt abgesagt werden musste und aufgrund einer bereits bestehenden Verpflichtung nicht verschoben werden konnte, warte ich nun auf meine Rückerstattung.
Anfangs versicherte mir das Team, dass alles in Ordnung sei. Sie sollten sich um die Rückerstattung kümmern.
Nun habe ich trotz mehrerer SMS keine Rückmeldung erhalten und weiß nicht, ob die Rückerstattung überhaupt noch bearbeitet wird.
Suite à une annulation pour cause de mauvais temps et impossibilité de report de la sortie pour cause de départ, je suis en attente du remboursement de la prestation.
Dans un premier temps, l'équipe a été rassurante sur la procédure. Ils devaient gérer la demande de remboursement.
Maintenant, je n'ai plus de nouvelles de leur part malgré les SMS envoyés et je ne sais pas si la procédure est encour

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal ein Boot bei Open Sea gemietet. Die Leute sind sehr nett und entspannt. Das Boot war zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber seinen Zweck perfekt erfüllt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
Second time we hired a boat at Open Sea. The people are verry nice and laid back. The boat was getting a bit old but did the job perfectly.

Die Anmietung war gut und wurde erst bei gutem Wetter durchgeführt. Es gab zwar noch einen kurzfristigen Bootswechsel, aber wir hatten auch nur dafür bezahlt. Allgemein bleibt zu sagen, dass ein Boot mit 6 PS bei Wellengang ein Spielball des Wassers ist und man sollte wissen, wie man die Wellen anfährt um nicht komplett nass zu werden. Die Hafenrunde durch Port Grimaud war hingegen sehr schön.

Obwohl wir umkehren mussten, weil jemand auf See krank wurde, war alles in Ordnung. Sehr freundliches Personal, alles gut organisiert. Die Bucht von Saint-Tropez war nicht das, was wir erwartet hatten, wenn Sie weiter fahren möchten, nehmen Sie ein größeres Boot (nicht das 6-PS-Boot). Zögern Sie nicht, hier ein Boot zu mieten!!!!! Although we had to turn back because someone became ill on the sea, everthing was ok. Very friendly staff, all well organised. The bay of Saint-Tropez wasn't what we expected, if you want to go further take a bigger boat (not the 6hp). Don't hesitate to Rent a boat here!!!!! Trustfull friendly hosts. Thanks to the host, we even got a bottle of rosé @ the end. We recommend thema
