1. The Jelena doesn't exist. The boat handover was completely unprofessional, with false documents and an attempt to debit the rental amount again. The app was a good reminder never to pay outside. The license was never requested. The fuel gauge was at 75%, which was supposedly normal. The boat is already worn out for its age.
2. After about two hours, the skipper's bench suddenly collapsed, and we had to continue cruising like this for the rest of the day. In our opinion, this was a safety flaw on the boat.
3. They didn't want to refund our deposit and threatened us with the police and the harbor master (who won't arrive for another three hours). Only when I tried to call the police myself did the boss suddenly call back and cheekily tell me in English: "You'll get your money back now, and then get the hell off my island and never come back."
4. Conclusion: Zero stars from me and I can only advise anyone not to book with this rental company.
1. Die Jelena existiert nicht. Die Bootsübergabe ist absolut unprofessionell mit falschen Papieren und dem Versuch nochmal den Mietbetrag abzubuchen abgelaufen. Guter Hinweis in der App niemals außerhalb zu bezahlen. Nach der Lizens wurde nicht gefragt. Die Tankanzeige war bei 75% und sollte so angeblich normal sein. Das Boot ist für ihren Alter bereits abgenutzt.
2. Nach ca. 2 Std bricht uns plötzlich die Skipper Sitzbank weg und wir müssten den Rest des Tages so weiter fahren. Es ist aus unserer Sicht ein Sicherheitsmangel am Boot gewesen.
3. Die Kaution wollte man uns nicht zurück zahlen und hat uns mit Polizei und dem Hafenkapitän (der erst in 3 Std. kommt) gedroht. Erst als ich selbst die Polizei anrufen wollte, rufte plötzlich der Boss zurück und sagte mir frech auf Englisch: "Du kriegst jetzt dein Geld zurück und verpisse dich dann von meiner Insel und komme nie wieder."
4. Fazit. Null Sterne von mir und kann ich jedem nur abraten bei diesem Vermieter zu buchen.

One of the best boat rental on the island! the boats are impeccably maintained. Our boat was brand new, super clean and the booking was super easy. The owner is great, great thanks to our skipper Hana, we had a fantastic day! we will be back!
